High‑Strength Welded Construction
Manufactured using high‑pressure injection molding, this pallet features a robust two‑piece welded design. The weld extends not only around the perimeter but also throughout the internal rib structure, creating 35 in² of welded surface area. This significantly enhances strength under heavy loads while maintaining a low tare weight.
Impact‑Resistant Flex Foot Design
Forklift impacts are a common cause of pallet foot damage. To address this, the pallet incorporates a patent‑pending Flex Foot, engineered to bend and deflect impact rather than shear off. This innovation helps extend the pallet’s usable life in fast‑paced warehouse environments.
